Rich Harvest Winery – Syracuse, NE

We arrived in Syracuse Nebraska, about 12:30 pm.  Syracuse is situated between Omaha and Lincoln.

Since we were early, we stopped at a little thrift store in town. Neat little place that had rooms set up and decorated for their different categories, like books, sports equipment, electronics, men's clothes, women's clothes and accessories.

Rich Harvest winery was close by, just a couple of miles up the road.

Nice little winery! The parking was flat and secluded. There was some highway noise that diminished after dark.

We had a great conversation with Rich, the owner, who told us all about the great state parks to visit in Tuscon. We had a couple glasses of wine and a pepperoni pizza that was very good.

We also purchased a bottle of Cynthiana table wine. It was excellent!

Great place to stop for the night.
