Fuller Farms – Severy, Kansas

We left Melissa and Mark's family with heavy hearts, but knowing we had a wonderful stay.

Our first stop on the way home was Fuller Farms near Eureka, Kansas, a Harvest Host location.

We felt right at home with their free range chickens, geese, dogs, cats, sheep and a giant thunderstorm that blew in right after we arrived.

We could see the storm coming off in the distance, but when it arrived, you really felt it right away. It was perfectly calm one minute and the next minute blowing about 50 miles an hour. We were literally walking down 50 yards away from our trailer and abruptly turned around to seek the shelter of our trailer.

Fortunately, the storm passed quickly.  We had a restful night’s sleep and left early the next morning headed for Meade Kansas.
