Home Again – To Missouri and Back

After six weeks on the road, March 18 - April 27, it felt good to be back in Washington, and back home.

We had some amazing adventures, overcame some challenges but overall felt blessed by the opportunity to have those experiences and make some new memories.

The big highlights were visiting Melissa and her family, witnessing the eclipse in its totality and spending Easter with our family in Arizona.

We were gone for 41 days, drove 6,354 miles and spent $2,229.85 on gas.  It was no surprise that the highest gas prices were on the west coast, $4.59/gallon in Corning, CA and the lowest price was $2.75/gallon in Springfield, MO.

Our beginning odometer was 76,434 and our ending odometer was 82,788.
