Seven Sisters Brewery, Wytheville, VA

After leaving Melissa and Mark's, we stayed at the Seven Sisters Brewery, a Harvest Host location.  We sampled their beers, one had a 9.3% alcohol content.

Wytheville was a neat little town with lots of history. It turns out Woodrow Wilson's wife was born there.  We enjoyed walking through the town and visiting the little antique stores and shops.

They also were having their annual Chatauqua Days festival, coincidentally the same name as the Chatauqua Days festival in Chewelah, WA.  At their outdoor music event it was rock night, so they played Tom Petty, John Cougar Mellencamp and others.

The place where we stayed was on Main Street, so it was a bit noisy until after midnight, then it quieted down until 6am, before getting noisy again.  A thunder storm blew through rather quickly but it provided some rain that helped cool it down.

We felt safe in this little town and enjoyed the experience.
